Stride
Stride is a training and performance platform for cyclists, runners, swimmers, endurance athletes and coaches. It brings together training plans, structured workouts, activity analysis, health and recovery information, and AI-supported planning. I used Stride while preparing for my cycling goals, including its AI training planner. What appealed to me was the ability to build training around actual goals, availability and real-life constraints rather than starting with a generic plan and trying to force life around it.
